As you may know, I work in the real estate industry. I’m a licensed real estate agent, though currently don’t have my license with a brokerage, and work in the construction sector. - New home sales continue upward course in June: The number of sales increased while the price decreased. Again, these are national numbers.
- Case-Shiller: Housing is not repeating the bubble period: this is good news. Of course, home prices outpacing inflation and, critically, wages, is troublesome, regardless of whether we’re in a bubble or not.
