A kinda Mother’s Day Haiku
Remember this day;
For some “mother” is painful.
I watch the grey skies
On this day where we celebrate motherhood, my heart reminds me of those whose mothers were horrific. Mothers tortured by addiction and, thus, absent or corrosive. Some deal with far worse. Remember those who remember “Mother” with fear, horror or painful emptiness.
A meditation on fear
Fears wrenching my soul
Darkness intertwines within
Please, never give in
Spring thoughts
Spring flowers delight
These months keep moving forward
