Now it’s striking me
That August will end today
September? Oh, my!
Seasons change, life flows and evolves. Sometimes we get to notice.

As Fall Approaches
Being from Seattle
I look forward to the fall
Cool air returning
High School Begins
Looking towards the moon
The high school students inside
And now I adapt
Dusk
As night descends
Summer’s air cools
I enjoy tranquility
A moment, flowing
Quickly, as life
Demands attention
Westward colors
Embrace the sky
Smoke, and other
Things, transcend
To beauty
When Night Falls
I love when night falls
As the air cools and light wanes
And peacefulness descends
Summer’s Moving To Fall
Summer’s moving to fall
Teachers brewing coffee
Preparing classrooms
My wife awake before me, coffee ground, french press timed. Classroom preparations, lesson planning and coordination, so much effort this last week before school starts back up.
Forget the thermometer, this shows the season’s change.
Seeking Purpose
Tuesdays: much to do
In this busyness, purpose
Seeking out value
Another #Monday #Motivational #Haiku
Monday’s come and go
Each one birthing potential
Opportunities
Children’s Laughter
This sound
Laughing children
Always a delightful way
To awaken
A Gem Of Sap
This sparkling gem Summer’s glory is fading Moments of sunlight
