Eager to fill emptiness
Compassion calling
Discipline is not
Deprivation: a lament
Rather, focusing
I’m seeking greatness
Perfection; a direction
Not an ending point
Now I sit, awake
Afraid of what I forgot
Anxiety’s pain
Avoiding regret
Aspiring towards compassion
Always seek to love
Fear cannot be beat
With fear’s heavy hammering
