Abandoning All We Are

Abandon all that we are
So we can become
All that we might be

I see myself trapped by my past, by the barriers erected from fear, insecurity and doubt. “Grow past them…” I counsel myself. “Push past them. They are but vapor, illusion, less real than the dreams. Dreams create! So I shall focus on them.

This Long Night

Weariness drags me
I’ve been awake far too long
Dreams are beckoning

Lighter Than Air

<

p style=”font-family:"”>I’m lighter than air

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Drifting up above tree-tops

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Wakefulness comes soon

Tonight’s Haiku: my silent call

In this silent home

Dreams start creeping into view

Then they consume me

Libraries

Betwix books & sunbeams

Motes of dust glide like stars

Drifting amongst dreams

And the dreamers who dream

Dreams Evolving

Once I dreamt of boats

A vision of opulence

Now just nausea

Dreams and Aspirations

A challenge with dreams

Knowing whether they are yours

Or superimposed

Unsettling dreams

Unsettled dreaming

Awakened much too early

Anxiety wins

Boldly Dreaming

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Dreams growing bolder

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Reaching out from deep within

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Unstoppable force

Lost dreams within me

Lost dreams within me

Focusing my energy

Seeking their return
