Betwix books & sunbeams

Motes of dust glide like stars

Drifting amongst dreams

And the dreamers who dream

Sunlight

I stand on a hill

Looking down across the grass

Sunlight fills my gaze

Seattle Sunny Sunday

Vibrant sunlight flows

This region’s beauty delights

A day on two wheels

A Seattle Haiku

Clouds and rain common

A Sunday afternoon

This Sunday, mid-day
Sunlight streams in through windows
Calmness seeping in

A Sunday in April

image

Walking through sunlight
Warmth flowing across my skin
Happy spring is here

Amidst the Clouds

image

Sunlight flowing through
Drifting amidst white cloud fluff
Gently warming me

Winter Sun

Cold sunlight flowing
Burning deeply to my core
Freeing from despair

Music

Lost within songs
Dank and dreary mist fading
Sunlight heals all things

Strange sunlight drifts downward
Forcing it’s way through clouds
Blurring, blunting the force
Yet the strength remains.
Burning, passionately,
Reddening that which it
Desires. Gentle appearance
Hiding so much destruction.
