When I logged into YouTube this morning to figure out my work soundtrack, this gem was one of the first recommendations:
“God Is An Astronaut” caught my attention…hard! Space! And all that.
Anyway, I loved this piece, so went to their YouTube page and streamed them most of the day. They’re hard to classify. Electronica, maybe? With strings and guitars. Anyway, they align with my eclectic tastes. So, I recommend giving them a listen.
Then this video was autoplayed: Music for People Who Are Tired of Being Distracted.
For me, this has a definite Jean-Michel Jarre ethos. Which I’ve long loved. Plus, all the “analog” gear he’s using delights me. The artist is “Caught In Joy“, and I intend to explore his work further.
I hope you’re getting set for a good weekend, whether that’s fun and adventure, calm and relaxing, or just satisfying work.
