A story of immense cuteness

Today as I was walking down the stairs at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, I heard a little boy loudly exclaiming “thank you, thank you, thank you” as one of our baristas added sprinkles to his waffle cone ice cream. It looked like there was a pint of ice cream in the cone. Ah, some distilled joy!

This boy was wearing swim gear (tank top and shorts) while the two adult women with him were wearing long pants and sweat shirts. The different ways adults and children interpret sunny days, eh? I guess we’ll know we’re officially in fall when even the kids are wearing long pants and sweaters.
