Nighttime Dominates: An Evening Haiku

Nighttime dominates

Sleep continues its demands

I cannot resist

In today’s cold fog: a haiku

In today’s cold fog

Sunlight never reached the ground

Winter approaches

Winter’s Edge

Life is beautiful

Yet also cruelly brutal

I feel winter’s edge

The strange dichotomies of life. Finding beauty with the deep sadness upon friend’s wings. At times I feel an awkward wonder at what our heart’s hold at the same time.

The Light Is Born

Within the darkness

Are the parents of the light

Violent beauty

A Haiku About Saturn

Rings of ice dancing

Elegant motion in light

Wandering past stars

A Rainy Night: Tonight’s Haiku

Outside it is dark

Tapping sound from my drain spout

Water flowing down

An Energizing Haiku For Monday

p style=”font-family:"”>So, I’m seeking out

<

p style=”font-family:"”>An inspired, joy filled life

<

p style=”font-family:"”>Vibrant energy

<

p style=”font-family:"”>I hope this new start, into a new week, comes filled with promise.

Autumn’s Gracefulness

Leaves upon the grass

Trees releasing the summer

Autumn’s gracefulness

I delight in autumn. The leaves with vibrant colors, cool, crisp air. For new, it’s deeply beautiful.

A Saturday morning haiku

Dawn has now long passed

Life’s demands now driving me

And, thus, I’m rising

Awaken, my friends, and seize this day
