Autumn Leaves
in this gentle breeze reddened leaves dance graceful in the morning mist
It’s been a busy week. I started fall quarter and ended up with a stomach bug. Those two items sucked up the majority of my time. I’ll have more updates shortly.

rain upon my face joyous autumnal breezes all the earth refreshed
Today’s Haiku: A Heavy Rain
ferocious rain falls
battering leaves and flowers
days fade into night
nature's graceful force always pushing us forwards through autumnal rains
Ah, a lovely, rainy near-autumn morning here in Seattle. Autumn is my favorite season, so this fills me with happiness. And I expect my brown lawn is rejoicing with the rain.
I created this with Canva. The image is not mine, but a complementary one in Canva. Motion in text is something I am exploring deeper. Yeah, this isn’t that terribly challenging, but I’m all for small steps.

Summer’s Walk
this vibrant blue sky
delightful Summertime warmth
autumn approaching
This is a tree I’ve walked by myriad times. Today, with a cloudless sky, I stood out on my walk. Though it’s still summer weather, the crispness of autumn makes its presence known. Soon…very soon, summer will retire. As much as I love summer autumn holds a dear place one my heart.
